Advanced Medical Reviews is seeking a Remote Clerical Quality Assurance Coordinator. The role entails receiving, coordinating, and returning completed reports to clients, while ensuring high-quality, HIPAA-compliant processing.

You will input data, verify information, and maintain workflow logs in a 100% remote environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of clerical experience (medical/insurance preferred), typing speed of 40 WPM, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year clerical experience; medical office or insurance industry preferred.
• Must have HIPAA knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive client submissions and input client and examinee data into the system.
• Verify cases contain information needed for clinical review.
• Maintain daily contact with Clinical QA regarding workflow and status of pending reports.
• Track documentation of processes, communications, reports, and due dates.
• Review completed reports for completeness and accuracy, including formatting, grammar, and sentence structure.
• Handle invoicing and ensure billing aligns with client contracts.
• Communicate promptly with physicians or clients regarding report status.
• Coordinate with transcriptionists and physicians’ offices on report details and addendums.
• Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of medical records.
