Job summary

Advanced Medical Reviews is seeking a Remote Clerical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure high-quality report processing in a HIPAA-compliant environment. The role involves receiving, coordinating and returning completed reports to clients, and collaborating with the clinical quality assurance team.

This 100% remote position offers a Mon-Fri schedule from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST and pays $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M.
Ability to follow instructions and respond to management directions accurately.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve quality.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Receive, coordinate and return completed reports to clients.
Work closely with the clinical quality assurance team to ensure high-quality processing.
Ensure all work is in compliance with policy and procedures.
