Aalyria Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to steward a classified Spacetime engineering program in a fully remote US setting. The role requires working closely with a cleared government customer and engineering teams to balance scope, schedule, and technical tradeoffs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of technical program management experience, a strong ability to critique designs, and the capability to influence stakeholders without formal authority. U.S.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or in good standing, polygraph strongly preferred.
• 5+ years delivering complex technical platforms for government/space customers.
• Ability to read and critique design documents and engage engineers on tradeoffs.
• Experience leading multi-team technical rollouts and cross-system dependencies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and interface with senior government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical program execution for a classified Spacetime engineering effort.
• Serve as primary programmatic interface with a cleared government customer.
• Run operating rhythm to align Engineering, Product, and Solutions Engineering across workstreams.
• Translate mission requirements into actionable engineering plans and assess latency, throughput, and failure modes.
• Handle security, ITAR/EAR, and export-control requirements with the security team.
• Own project financials including labor, subcontract, hardware, and MEL level reporting.
• Identify risk early and coordinate mitigations with engineering leads across environments.
