Job summary

Aalyria Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution across the Spacetime engineering program.

You will orchestrate software and systems delivery, interfacing with internal engineering teams and the customer to align technical work with operational needs. You will lead cross-functional rhythms, translate customer requirements into engineering plans, and manage contract reporting, risk, and delivery across development, staging, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical platforms and programs.
• US Citizen with the eligibility to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority.
• Experience with software development lifecycle concepts (APIs, CI/CD, cloud deployments).
• Experience managing complex project financials, resource tracking, or contractual reporting requirements.
• Background as a software, hardware, or mission engineer or solutions architect working alongside engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the program planning and execution for software product integration across mission phases.
• Serve as the primary interface with the customer, communicating with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Run cross-functional rhythms to align Product, Engineering, Design, and Solutions Engineering on status and risks.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans, guiding teams through the software lifecycle.
• Own Time & Materials contract reporting and MEL-level invoicing data.
• Identify risks early and coordinate mitigations across development, staging, and cloud production environments.
