Job summary

Aalyria is seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution for the Spacetime engineering program. You will coordinate between internal engineering teams and the customer, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and financial requirements.

You will manage program planning, executive communications, and cross-functional rhythms, translating requirements into actionable engineering plans while maintaining strong visibility on scope, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical or engineering program management delivering complex platforms.
• U.S. citizen eligible for and able to maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication, able to influence without formal authority.
• Experience with software lifecycle concepts (APIs, CI/CD, cloud deployments) and translating needs.
• Experience managing complex project financials and contractual reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own program planning and execution for software product integration across mission phases.
• Serve as primary interface with the customer, communicating with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Run cross-functional rhythms to align Product, Engineering, Design, and Solutions Engineering on status and risks.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans while guiding the software lifecycle.
• Own T&M contract reporting, tracking labor, subcontracts, hardware, materials, and travel for invoicing.
