Aalyria is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own execution on a classified Spacetime program in the United States. This role demands direct interaction with a cleared government customer and leadership of cross-functional teams, translating mission requirements into executable engineering plans.

Applicants should have a strong technical background, the ability to read design documents, manage schedules and risks, and navigate ITAR/EAR requirements within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required; polygraph preferred.
• 5+ years in technical program management or related roles delivering complex platforms.
• Ability to read and critique design documents and discuss architecture, scaling and failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical program execution for a classified Spacetime engineering effort.
• Lead cleared customer and stakeholder communications across classified and unclassified channels.
• Run cross-functional operating rhythms to align Engineering, Product and Solutions teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and assess tradeoffs.
• Ensure program security, compliance, ITAR/EAR handling, and export-control requirements.
• Manage program financials and reporting for time and materials or cost-type contracts.
• Identify risks early and coordinate mitigations with engineering leadership.
