Job summary

EMC Insurance is seeking a Learning & Development focused individual to assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources. This role supports updates to content, creates microlearning materials, and ensures SharePoint/365 resources align with business processes.

Candidates should have strong written communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems.
• Interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources.
• Help review and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources.
• Review, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site for accuracy and currency.
• Identify outdated information and recommend improvements to site organization and usability.
• Participate in project meetings with Claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training team members.
