Job summary

The candidate should be pursuing studies in Learning & Development, Education, Art, Graphic Design, Insurance or HR, with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be comfortable working independently within a virtual team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems.
• Interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources.
• Review and update training content for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources.
• Review, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site for accuracy and usability.
• Participate in project meetings with Claims leaders and training team members.
