Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling workers' compensation claims. You will monitor workloads, provide jurisdictional direction, train staff, and maintain accurate diaries and reserves for complex claims.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Education & Licensing: NV REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable to line of business.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers' compensation claims.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Monitors workloads, trains staff, and maintains claim diaries.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high cost claims and claims beyond examiner authority.
• Maintains contact with clients and promotes professional relationships.
