Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead for workers' compensation with NV jurisdiction requirements in a remote setup. You will supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, monitor workloads, provide training, and mentor staff on claims adjudication and diary management.

The role requires six years of claims experience with two years in supervision, NV licensing, and a commitment to client satisfaction and process improvement within a flexible, benefit-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Education and licensing as listed: diploma or GED required, bachelor’s preferred, professional certification as applicable.
• Six years of claims experience with at least two years in claims supervision.
• NV licensing/jurisdiction knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers' compensation.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and guides examiner reports.
• Maintains client relationships and provides written claim resumes as requested.
• Ensures direct reports are properly licensed in serviced jurisdictions.
• Performs quality reviews and supports the organization’s quality program.
