Qualifications

• Six years of claims experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Two years claims supervisor experience.
• NV licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and maintains diaries on claim activity.
• Provides technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports and takes action.
• Acts as second level of appeal for client and claimant issues; implements final dispositions.
• Ensures claims files are properly documented and licensed in jurisdictions.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree preferred
