Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• A minimum of 1-year general office or related company experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, service and/or contact center experience.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced high volume virtual contact center or office inbound and outbound calls, while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers.

Responsibilities
