Farmers Insurance is seeking a BW Claims Customer Service Associate to support customers remotely in a fast-paced, open environment. You will handle inbound calls, guide clients through the claims process, and document interactions accurately from home.

Qualifications include strong communication, 30 WPM typing, and prior customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish adds a 10% pay differential; remote work requires proximity to listed office locations for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center.
• Initiates auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds and third parties.
• Provide customers with an explanation of the claim process.
• May authorize services such as roadside assistance and rental cars.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented in the claim file.
