• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support multiple clients across channels and systems; work in team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with callers; follow client specifications to assist with questions and problems.
• Educate customers on documentation, time frames, payments, and claim status across channels.
• Document call details concisely; enter information accurately into the claims system.
• Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler and escalate as needed.
• Attend scheduled work hours; participate in training and teamwork.
