• Review and process Wellness, Accident or Cancer insurance claims under supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provides prompt customer service to policyholders, providers and other internal company entities regarding claims.
• Documents phone calls in the system and follows up on issues as needed.
• Performs data entry and verifies coding and medical terminology in relation to diagnoses and procedures.
• Maintains databases and prepares extracts using company software systems.
• Performs other related duties as required.
