Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Specialist for Professional Liability to work remotely on the East Coast. The role focuses on investigating and adjusting claims across Design Professionals, Real Estate, Small Accountants, and Health Care Professional liability exposures.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in professional liability claims, a relevant degree (JD/LLM optional), and strong communication skills. Remote work supported, with standard benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; JD/LLM eligible with 2–5 years post-bar experience.
• 2–5 years of professional liability claims experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to learn proprietary software.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Design Professionals, Real Estate, Small Accountants, and Health Care Professional liability claims.
• Review coverage and liability, draft coverage position letters.
• Manage reserves and cost controls; coordinate with outside counsel.
• Prepare periodic claims reports and comply with laws and company procedures.
