Job summary

ClaimsPro LP is seeking a Sr Liability Claims Examiner for a remote role supported by the International Programs Group. You will investigate liability and first/third-party claims with emphasis on communication and client service, following state-specific guidelines.

You will handle medical, property and liability issues, manage reserves, and coordinate with defense counsel as needed. The role requires strong investigative, analytical and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of liability or casualty claims handling experience.
• Experience with complex, litigated, high-severity claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims to determine coverage, liability and damages.
• Review reports, statements, medical docs and related materials.
• Interview claimants, insureds, witnesses and involved parties.
• Analyze policy provisions to determine claim applicability.
• Manage assigned claims from initial report to resolution.
• Establish reserves based on claim exposure and evaluate damages.
