Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Performance Assurance Analyst for a telecommuter role across multiple states. You will perform comprehensive quality reviews of personal and commercial lines claims, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and company standards, while guiding field staff on revisions as needed.

You will maintain expertise in claims handling and estimation, support ongoing quality initiatives, and contribute to training with the Analyst Team in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; All-Lines adjuster license eligibility preferred.
• Five years of related experience, including three years in claims handling and advanced file review.
• Experience with personal and commercial lines claims and auditing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality reviews on personal and commercial lines claims using Xactimate and Symbility (up to $300,000).
• Interpret policy guidelines to ensure compliance and quality.
• Lead revisions and guidance to field colleagues to meet client and company standards.
• Document findings and contribute to training opportunities with the Team Lead.
