Sedgwick is seeking a Performance Assurance Analyst to perform comprehensive quality reviews on personal and commercial claims up to $300,000. You’ll ensure adherence to client guidelines and company standards, guiding revisions in Xactimate and Symbility, and collaborating with field colleagues.

Travel is required as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, including three years at an advanced technical review level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five years of related experience, including three years at an advanced technical level as a file reviewer of personal and commercial claims.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with claims software and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of Personal and Commercial Lines claim files using Xactimate and Symbility.
• Interpret policy and client guidelines to ensure compliance with standards.
• Document review findings and revisions; provide training opportunities for the team lead.
• Coordinate with the Analyst Team on quality initiatives and reporting.
• Maintain jurisdictional expertise and stay current with processes.
