• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

• Experience in insurance claims administration (preferred).
• Knowledge of Five Sigma claims system (preferred).
• Experience with AI tools like Claude (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain claims in the claims management system.
• Enter, update and verify claims information.
• Generate claims-related documents and correspondence.
• Respond to policy production and documentation requests.
• Organize and maintain claims files for retrieval and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and claims tracking reports.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support casualty claims and other lines as directed.
• Utilize Five Sigma and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain organized records per company policies.
