Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining after the summer internship.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Available May 17, 2027 through August 7, 2027 for the full internship program.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• You can manage multiple assignments and work both independently and with a team.
• You can handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Learn how residential property claims are reviewed, documented, processed, and resolved.
• Support operational activities including documentation, reporting, workflow, and quality review.
• Collaborate with Claims professionals to understand lifecycle and responsibilities.
• Assist with data gathering, analysis, and documentation supporting priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Claims processes, training, or customer experience.
• Complete a structured summer project with objectives and measurable deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to Claims colleagues and leaders.
