Responsibilities

• Learn to research and confirm coverage for property and casualty claims.
• Learn the importance of claim documentation, recordkeeping, and data reporting.
• Learn how to investigate a claim using communication, witness information, and tools.
• Assist with updating data fields in designated systems and reporting.
• Learn how to assess compensability from investigations.
• Learn to read, review, and pay estimates and bills.
