Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, settle complex injury claims with counsel.
• Investigate and analyze extensive records including medical and law enforcement reports.
• Conduct witness interviews to assess liability and valuation.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with medical/technical experts and outside counsel as needed.
