Mercury Insurance seeks an experienced claims professional to handle complex bodily injury claims with limited supervision in a remote setting. You will work with legal counsel and medical/technical experts to bring claims to resolution.

The role emphasizes thorough investigation, fair settlement, and proactive negotiation. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a company-sponsored adjuster's license is encouraged; remote workspace is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, plus the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain a company-sponsored Adjuster's license and have a dedicated remote workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and authorize payments for complex injury claims with represented and unrepresented parties.
• Conduct witness interviews, evaluate liability, and set reserves based on legal risk and case factors.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and collaborating with medical and technical experts.
