Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; adjuster license to be obtained after hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience evaluating and settling moderately to highly complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Proactively negotiate, settle, and authorize payment for complex injury claims.
• Investigate records, including medical and law enforcement reports.
• Interview witnesses, assess liability, and set reserves; manage legal risks.
• Respond to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with medical, technical, and outside counsel as needed.
