Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Operations Dispatch Coordinator to accurately route and assign claims, tasks and related requests within the claims management system.

You will support temporary housing coordinators, coordinate with carriers and adjusters, and help ensure timely, accurate workflow distribution in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle high-volume, high-priority tasks while maintaining customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of clerical, administrative, dispatch or property claims management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with task routing or workflow coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and assigns new claims, tasks and requests into the claims management system.
• Enters and reviews claims data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews data to determine assignment, urgency and next step.
• Makes outbound calls to carriers, adjusters or internal partners for information or approvals.
• Supports housing coordinators by providing accurate information during setup and assignment.
• Uses multiple platforms to review, route and adjust claim assignments.
• Escalates urgent issues to leadership as appropriate.
