Qualifications

• 4–8 years of audit or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Audit team and respond to audit requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement audit processes and quality assurance activities.
• Lead reviews of clinical documentation for accuracy and compile response packets for audits.
• Monitor and report on audit and recoupment activity; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate findings to CMS and other auditors; enforce company policies.
