Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or audit.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership, project management, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Audit team and respond to all audit requests in a timely manner and develop audit processes.
• Lead quality assurance and compliance initiatives in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
• Review validity of clinical documentation and compile response packets for audits.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide monthly feedback on audits and recoupment inquiries, payer inconsistencies, and policy adherence.
