Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ICD-10 coding.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Submitting medical documentation and billing data to insurance providers.
• Researching and appealing denied/denied claims.
• Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software.
• Following up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycles.
• Contacting insurance companies regarding payment discrepancies.
• Reviewing insurance payments for accuracy and completeness.
