Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned audit and compliance professional to supervise the Audit team within its Revenue Cycle Management group. You will respond to audit requests, develop processes, and ensure timely, compliant outcomes across TPE, CERT, RAC, and recoupment workflows.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve policies, monitor audit progress, and maintain communication with CMS and other auditors.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, or equivalent work experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Urology or wound care product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Audit team and respond to audit requests in a timely manner and develop audit processes.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Provide monthly feedback on successes and failures related to audits, recoupments, payor collections, and policies.
