Job summary

Paradigm Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Claims Contract Attorney for a remote, 6+ months contract role to support a client in the global legal industry.

This position focuses on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters, with responsibilities including claim analysis, handling inquiries, and delivering high-quality client service. You will work remotely (in approved locations) and must hold a JD from a U.S.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign degrees may suffice).
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed responses to complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel.
• Fielding complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel.
• Receiving training, direction and oversight from project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members.
• Providing best-in-class customer service to internal and external clients, with the highest levels of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work.
