Responsibilities

• Verify and investigate all aspects of the claim to establish liability and identify accountable parties.
• Assess liability using contract paperwork and repair firm assessments; maintain records for approvals/denials.
• Instruct repair firms to provide inspection and repair reports for timely settlements.
• Negotiate settlement proposals and finalize settlements in accordance with liability and contract terms.
• Manage various project assignments.
