Job summary

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Specialist to deliver high-quality customer service to retailers and customers. You will receive and transmit calls, respond to emails, and manage claims through the entire process, including inspections and settlements.

The role requires proficiency with computers, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to adapt to new procedures while maintaining professionalism with every client. Remote with some onsite trainings.

Qualifications

• Proven intake process experience (min 6 months).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and keyboard usage.
• Ability to handle calls and use soft-skill techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inbound/outbound communication (phone, email).
• Manage inquiries and follow-up through the claim process.
• Review open claims and follow up to close claims accurately.
• Respond to communications from retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
• Review inspection packets and determine warranty replacement or denial.
• Facilitate service solutions for non-covered items.
• Guide on the retailer portal and claims processes.
