Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in casualty claims is required.
• Seven or more years of casualty claims experience are required.
• Adjuster licenses are required for various States.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims, directing defense counsel and outside vendors as needed.
• Supports Claim Manager by identifying exposures and recommending solutions.
• Interacts with field operations, legal counsel, customers, and carriers on case status.
• Supervises external vendors to ensure compliant, cost-effective handling of claims.
• Recommends reserves reflecting probable ultimate payout based on file developments.
