Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience; preferred agency advocate or liaison background.
• Licensed Insurance Adjuster or state equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work with high accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Meet production, quality, and service expectations.
• Deliver outstanding client service by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Act as a dedicated advocate providing ongoing support to clients.
• Manage complex or delayed claims for timely resolutions.
• Review loss reports and take corrective actions.
• Monitor trigger activities and follow up as needed.
• Conduct claims reviews and audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims via IOA Portal.
• Prepare and deliver stewardship and unit stat reporting.
• Educate clients on statutes, procedures, and risk mitigation.
