Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced civil servants to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across policy briefing memos, interagency coordination, grant compliance narratives, and budgeting narratives for agency budgets, ensuring accuracy and clarity for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create and refine AI-generated policy documents, memos, and reports.
