Flexible remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour. Prior experience with press materials, briefing memos, and editorial standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in journalism, corporate communications, or public relations producing press releases, memos, or editorial content under deadlines.
• Proven ability to shape messaging for executives or media outlets with strong news judgment and AP style.
• Exceptional written communication and precise document/spreadsheet/slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop press releases, briefing memos, talking points, and crisis communication materials under tight deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across communications for external and internal audiences.
