Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE or ability to obtain.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Strong client development and management abilities.
• Experience designing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects.
• Design site layout, grading, drainage and infrastructure from concept to completion.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; monitor timelines.
• Prepare and review feasibility studies, stormwater reports and technical specs.
• Provide hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP/water quality work.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow staff utilization and project workload.
