Job summary

A premier law firm is seeking a driven Civil Litigation Attorney to join its national practice. This role offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment paired with high-impact, sophisticated casework, substantial autonomy, and clear avenues for professional advancement.

Responsibilities include managing civil litigation matters from inception to resolution, drafting briefs, conducting depositions, and coordinating with senior partners on trial prep.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active, good-standing license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 1+ years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Draft substantive legal briefs, discovery requests/responses, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediation/arbitration.
• Maintain regular, strategic communication with clients and collaborate with senior partners on trial preparation.
