Job summary

Aionios LLC is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our national platform with offices in San Diego, Orange County, or Los Angeles. The role offers flexible remote and hybrid work options within a collaborative Am Law 100 framework.

You will handle diverse civil litigation matters, draft pleadings, conduct research, and guide complex discovery while leveraging AI-enabled tools. California and/or Nevada bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years civil litigation experience.
• Active California and/or Nevada Bar admission required.
• Strong writing, research and analytical skills.
• Experience managing discovery and complex litigation matters.
• Familiarity with ESI discovery and litigation technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Conducting legal research and managing written discovery.
• Leading complex ESI discovery processes.
• Utilizing AI-powered legal tools to enhance document review, research and drafting.
• Assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Developing litigation strategy and working with clients on complex matters.

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its San Diego, Orange County or Los Angeles office. What You'll Work On:

• Managing civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
• Conducting legal research and managing written discovery
• Leading complex electronically stored information (ESI) discovery processes
• Utilizing AI-powered legal technology to enhance document review, legal research, and drafting
• Assisting with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Developing litigation strategy and working directly with clients on complex matters

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience managing discovery and complex litigation matters
• Familiarity with ESI discovery and litigation technology preferred
• Interest or experience using AI-based legal tools is a plus
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
• Ability to independently manage assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Trial experience preferred but not required
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California and/or Nevada Bar admission required
