Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Draft substantive legal briefs, discovery requests/responses, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediation/arbitration.
• Maintain regular, strategic communication with clients and collaborate with senior partners on trial preparation.
