Qualifikationen

• Support design reviews from concept through Issued for Construction (IFC).
• Perform quality assurance surveillance and prepare QA reports.
• Conduct onsite construction QA inspections and identify potential issues.
• Assist in developing scopes of work (SOW) for construction modifications.
• Review contractor cost proposals and change orders; assess claims.
