Job summary

ADB is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager for field construction oversight on Federal Government and other projects. The role ensures work aligns with project standards, coordinates with key team members, and maintains QC documentation, as-built drawings, and inspection logs. Telecommute option when not on-site.

The candidate should have a BS in a relevant field, 10 years of QC experience, USACE CQM, and strong MS Office/ scheduling skills. Compensation is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science, or Construction Management.
• Experience may substitute for education on a 1:1 basis.
• 10 years of relevant construction experience as a QC Manager.
• Current USACE CQM Certificate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of project schedules in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Must have RMS project management documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, inspect, and document daily QC work per project standards.
• Manage Construction Quality Control (CQC) and lead QC meetings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, and team to ensure conformance with specs.
• Document daily QC reports and site inspections for compliance.
• Verify material submittals and in-conformance with approved submittals.
• Document and distribute final inspections and occupancy certificates.
• Maintain daily as-built drawings and logs; stop work to ensure safety and quality.
