Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced General Civil Engineer for a remote, on-call position supporting QA activities for a large federal customer. Expect travel requirements and nationwide design/construction program support, with 5+ years in civil/site design and field experience.

An active PE license is preferred but not required. The role is part-time on-call, estimated at 200 hours over six months, with a pay range of $52–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Active clearance preferred, but not required.
• Active PE license is required.

Responsabilités

• Support design reviews from concept through IFC.
• Perform QA surveillance and prepare QA reports.
• Conduct onsite construction QA inspections and identify issues.
• Support development of scopes of work (SOW).
• Review contractor cost proposals and change orders.
