Job summary

PacRim Engineering is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a team serving DoD and Federal Programs, regional transportation, and municipal clients. The role involves site design, road and drainage work, and preparing design documents with project supervision.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of experience, and strong writing/communication skills. DoD experience is a plus, and flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
EIT license in California is preferred.
3–5 years civil engineering experience in related markets.
Strong writing and communication skills, with ability to prepare reports.

Responsibilities

Support Project Manager in supervising teams and executing projects.
Perform site engineering design for buildings and parking, streets, and drainage.
Prepare Basis of Design (BOD), PS&E, and related reports.
Coordinate with DoD and public works clients.
Assist with permit processing and construction support.
