RH2 Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced project leader to guide public-sector initiatives from planning through closeout. You will collaborate with clients, review engineering deliverables, and present findings at hearings while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring quality and accountability.

You bring a P.E. license in WA/OR/ID, 15+ years in public or private work, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• Current P.E. license in WA, OR, or ID.
• Minimum 15 years of transferable experience in public or private sectors.
• Experience in water, wastewater, transportation, environmental, or stormwater planning and design.

Responsabilités

• Interact directly with clients, agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
• Review plans, specifications, reports, computations, and drawings.
• Present at client, Council/Board, Commission, and public hearings.
• Coordinate work between multiple disciplines and departments.
• Prepare project schedules and opinions of probable construction cost.
• Assist with grant applications, compliance, and management.
• Mentor staff and coordinate tasks with RH2 or client staff.
• Work both in person and remotely with teams in multiple offices.
