You will collaborate with local jurisdictions, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and guide technical design to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Licensed Civil PE in Washington or Oregon.
• 10+ years of public works design experience.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder leadership.
• Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary infra projects.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and MicroStation/InRoads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects for public agencies from concept to construction.
• Build and maintain client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee design development using Civil 3D and MicroStation.
• Guide proposal processes and win public sector work.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing local engineering team.
