Energy Jobline ZR in Edina, MN offers a brand-new Civil Engineer role with autonomy and meaningful project ownership. You will lead site development projects from concept to construction, collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams while enjoying flexibility, a remote-friendly setup, and a strong compensation package.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree, EIT/PE licensure, and 4+ years of civil site design experience, with Civil 3D expertise and knowledge of permitting

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related graduate degree).
• EIT certification or Professional Engineer licensure.
• 4+ years of experience in civil site design and land development.
• Strong command of Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of permitting, municipal standards, and site design regulations.
• Leadership mindset and interest in developing people and projects.
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Lead civil site design efforts including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and site layouts.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned projects.
• Communicate directly with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
• Oversee design quality and technical accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvement and team development initiatives.
