Qualifications

• EIT certification or PE licensure required.
• 4+ years of civil site design and land development experience.
• Strong command of Civil 3D and site design regulations.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders; leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site design including grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate projects and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Ensure design quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements across project teams.
