Placements24 is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specialized in coastal and marine structures to join a fully remote team. The role involves design, analysis, and management of harbors, breakwaters, seawalls, and offshore structures for global clients.

You will collaborate with engineers across time zones, deliver high-quality solutions, and contribute to major coastal development initiatives while working from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with coastal/marine focus.
• Minimum 6 years in designing coastal/marine structures.
• Proficient in hydrodynamics, structural analysis, and geotechnical tools for marine env.
• Strong understanding of oceanographic conditions and naval architecture.
• Excellent remote collaboration and time-zone management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze coastal and marine structures for waves and currents.
• Prepare technical specs, drawings, and tender docs for marine projects.
• Perform site assessments and feasibility studies for new marine infra.
• Ensure designs meet international maritime standards.
• Provide remote expert advice to clients and teams.
• Manage project risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
